Pat Whitehouse, wife, mother of four children, and grandmother of fourteen, graduated from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, in 1971 with a Bachelors of Science in Education (certified in math and English).  

After several years as an effective teacher in the San Antonio public and private school systems, Pat created her tutorial service.  She has written a PSAT/SAT/ACT prep course that has been widely praised by students and parents since 1988.  While continuing to tutor individual students, Pat focuses much of her time on her prep courses, and on assisting students with their college application resumes and essays.  Pat has also created a "Pathway to College Seminar" to assist parents and students in their very involved and competitive process of getting into a college of choice.
